How to use me:
Using circular motions, gently massage into dry skin morning and evening, starting from the inner thigh and moving outwards over the hips, thights and buttocks, until fully absorbed. The gradual warming experience may last for up to 30 minutes after application. Some people may experience a more intense warming sensation if applied to wet skin. Wash hands immediately after use.
