How to use me:

Odour control spray: To use as a foot spray, lightly spray over your feet and lower legs and allow to dry completely. To use as a shoe spray, lightly spray inside your footwear and allow to dry completely.

Foot soak: Pour desired amount of soak into 1 gallon of warm water and stir to mix. Soak your feet and pat dry when finished.

Foot file: Soak feet for 10 minutes before use, then gently rub over feet.
