How to use me:

Shampoo: Apply to wet hair and gently massage. Rinse and repeat.

Conditioner: Massage a small amount into wet hair. Leave for 1 minute, then rinse.

Treatment: For shorter hair use 1-2 pumps and for longer hair use 3-4 pumps. Apply evenly to clean, towel-dried hair, massage your scalp then comb the treatment through. Do not rinse.
